DANGLERS
A second pin that dangles from your main pin. Danglers are attached with "jump ring" attachments (and sometimes a long jewelry-type chain). Danglers require a second mold and design. Adds element of movement and interest to make your pins more "tradable".
SPINNERS
A second pin that "spins" and is attached on top of main pins. Spinners can be attached with rivot attachments to stay firmly in place. Essentially a "pin-on-pin". Or you can attach top pin with nail/tack and rubber back, so you can remove. Some teams even trade the top pin separate.
Spinners require a second mold and design.
BLINKERS
Blinkers are LED lights that are battery powered and blink when turned on. Blinkers add "trading value" to your pins. Common uses are eyes on your mascot or a single light can be used to bring interest to your trading pin design.
SLIDERS
A second pin that slides along a "slot" cut into the mold of the main pin. Sliders are typically attached with rivot attachments to slide easily along slot. Sliders can also be attached with tack/pin backs (also removable). As with other pin options, the top pin requires a second mold.
BOBBLES
Bobbles are a second pin attached with a spring attachment to your main pin. Pins that "bobble" create movement and interest. Bobble heads are often used, but can be anything that fits your design (i.e., star, ball, etc.). Bobbles require a second mold.
GLITTER PAINT
Glitter is added to the enamel color of your pins. Glitter colors add sparkle and "pizazz" to special areas to add interest. Glitter is the least inexpensive way to make your pins special. They very popular among baseball, softball and hockey team players.
